Our Service Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely adore your experience with each and every artist at Two Chic Beautique. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment time and we will do our best to correct the matter by what is deemed appropriate.

Reschedule/Cancellation/No Show

Out of respect for our staff and clients, we request you give us at least 24 hours notice (72 hours for cosmetic tattoo services) should you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment. When you fail to reschedule/cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.

Reschedule/Cancellation fees will apply and we will require you to provide your credit card information.

If card on file declines you will not be able to rebook until that fee is paid in full. An additional deposit may be required for future appointments.

  • Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price.

  • “No show” will be charged 100% of the reserved service price.

  • A deposit of 50% will be required after two consecutive cancellations, regardless of time frame.

  • All same day cancellation/no shows for lash appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service appointment.

    The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients.

Late

We request our clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment for preparation. If you are running late, please let us know ahead of time as there will be a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the service must be rescheduled for a different time and/or date. Depending on the service, you will forfeit your deposit and an additional deposit will be made. NO EXCEPTIONS

Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed and packages. All retail product purchases are final sale.

Lash Extensions - A one-time complimentary touch-up will be offered and scheduled to address your concerns and freshen up your lashes.

Cell Phones

Cell Phones should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazard. This is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our artists. Please be courteous and respectful of your artists time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session.
